The webmaster of Oldamsterdampost.com reserves the right to contact any member that is currently in terms of service breakage by either email or by Administrative message. The member will be given a set time to comply with the Adminstrative directive. Failure to comply by the member will result in termination of their account, forfeiture of all earnings, and being banned from rejoining.
Oldamsterdampost.com will no longer give any member a server downtime earnings account credit for any claimed earnings lost. Which is within a 23 hour time frame of the last working back up that was used to restore earnings from a server downtime. Oldamsterdampost.com is not responsible for any Acts of God that in anyway affects the site.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and
oldamsterdampost.com
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
oldamsterdampost.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
oldamsterdampost.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
ACTIVITY OF MEMBERS:
- Effective from the 1st of JUNE 2009:
If a member wishes to promote an Affiliate Page and/or PTP link from oldamsterdampost.com, the member has to click a minimum of 75 links (Email and/or PTC) monthly. Members that purchased at least $50.00 of advertising within a 60 day period may request an Advertisers/Members account status. Their will be no click or activity requirements for Advertisers/Members. They may still click and earn like free members. However if they promote Oldamsterdampost.com Affiliate page or PTP-pages, then the Advertisers/Members account reverts back to free member status. To retain a Advertisers/Members account status, their must be at least one new ad purchased every 60 days from the last date of advertising purchase or the account will revert back to free member status.
ADVERTISING TERMS:
This program has the right to remove, reject or ban any advertisement that does not follow these guidelines

Limitation of Liability:

aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
oldamsterdampost.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the
oldamsterdampost.com
program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
oldamsterdampost.com.

will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by
oldamsterdampost.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after. Spam:
