Why is my account suspended (or deleted)?

Solution Accounts are suspended for several reasons.

The most common is inactivity. Accounts that have not had a log in for at least 90 days are suspended on the 1st day of the next month. After one calendar month, those accounts are purged from the system. These accounts can be fully restored while suspended, however if they become deleted, no information can or will be restored.
