How to make it:<\/h2>\n

  1. For the pickles, peel the shallots and carrots and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into 1 cm thick slices.<\/li>\n
  2. Boil the vinegar with sugar, water, salt, and herbs. Simmer the carrots and onions for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n
  3. Rinse a jar with hot water, add the cucumber and dill, and fill with the cooked vegetable and vinegar mixture. Leave to cool overnight.<\/li>\n
  4. For the snack platter, cut the Old Amsterdam Original into bite-sized cubes.<\/li>\n
  5. Wash the grapes, figs, and tomatoes. Cut the figs into quarters. If desired, place the pickles and olives in small bowls.<\/li>\n
  6. Place all ingredients on a large plate or board and serve with Old Amsterdam Cheese Spread. Spread on bread and cut into slices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n \n\n
