How to request a return?<\/h2>\n

  2. Solution<\/strong>: We\u2019ll first look for a possible solution. Based on your email, we\u2019ll determine whether the product needs to be returned or if we can resolve the issue remotely.<\/li>\n
  3. Shipping<\/strong>: If a return is necessary, you\u2019ll receive further instructions from us. Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense. Make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.<\/li>\n
  4. Inspection and Refund<\/strong>: Once we\u2019ve received your returned product, we\u2019ll inspect it. If everything is in order, we\u2019ll process your refund as soon as possible. You\u2019ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
