How to make it:<\/h2>\n

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.<\/li>\n
  2. Place the tomatoes with a sprig of rosemary and garlic on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
  3. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n
  4. Finely chop the needles from the other sprig of rosemary together with the anchovies, mix with mayonnaise, and season with lemon zest and juice.<\/li>\n
  5. Spread the mayonnaise on the slices of bread, top with roasted tomatoes, porchetta, fennel, and arugula, drizzle with olive oil, and top with Old Amsterdam cheese and the remaining slices of bread.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n \n\n
