  1. Preheat the oven to 160\u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  2. Beat the egg white in a large bowl, mix with the olive oil, and then add all the other ingredients.<\/li>\n
  3. Mix everything well and spread the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.<\/li>\n
  4. Sprinkle the grated Old Amsterdam Original 48+ cheese over the granola.<\/li>\n
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through if necessary.<\/li>\n
